Child and Family Support Worker Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Recruit 2 Success. The successful candidate will work closely with children and young people, providing support and guidance to help them thrive in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care and support to children and young people, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote the physical, emotional and social development of children and young people
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, colleagues and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in childcare or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £34,812 - £35,662 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
