Care Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our homes in West Yorkshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making and changing beds, tidying rooms, and undertaking light cleaning duties as needed;
- Helping to serve meals and drinks at mealtimes and other times, taking care to present meals and refreshments in an attractive way, with polite and courteous service;
- Understanding and complying with all statutory and legal requirements relevant to the position, including Health & Safety, COSHH, and Infection Prevention and Control policies.
