About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily care needs of residents, including personal care and medication management.
- Support residents with their activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
