Terminal Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal Manager to join our team at Argent Energy Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our COMAH Oil Terminal.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver high standards of performance and safety.
- Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize asset utilization.
- Ensure the implementation of safe systems of work and management of change procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering plant improvement projects and turnarounds.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EEMUA CompeTank certification scheme for tank integrity (desirable).
