The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all emergency, security, safety, operational, and environmental plans and procedures are in place and followed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead operational teams to deliver high standards of performance
* Deliver against business targets, ensuring required volume, quality, and budgets are achieved
* Develop operational excellence, ensuring training, instructions, and control procedures are in place
* Drive safety, health, and environmental excellence, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
* Maximise asset utilisation through prioritising and allocation of tasks, maintaining plant OEE data

Requirements:

* A strong people manager who can lead and motivate teams to maximise site performance
* Experience in managing and delivering plant improvement projects and turnarounds, including Management of Change (MOC) and Safe Systems of Work
* Training or qualification under the EEMUA CompeTank certification scheme for tank integrity (advantageous)
