About the Role
This award-winning housebuilder specialises in traditional new-build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds, ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build, and handover process, allowing them to secure a 5-star home builder rating. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost control of residential developments, conducting Bill of quantities, take-offs, and monthly valuations through to final accounts, while conducting regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Previous quantity surveying experience, working on residential projects
* Residential construction background
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Proficient in Excel
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at around £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + progression + full benefits package.
