Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full budgeting and cost management for multiple projects.
  • Cost control system implementation and modification across sites.
  • Development programming and cost reporting.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Residential construction experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and staff management abilities.
  • Financial management and commercial awareness skills.
  • Strong relationships with contractors.
Salary Details:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000, negotiable based on experience.
