Job Summary

Venn Group is supporting a Healthcare organisation based in Kent with their search for a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Lead.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR Workforce team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the monthly payroll. This includes establishing and maintaining systems and processes to facilitate efficient payroll procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the HR Workforce team to deliver high-quality services through effective planning, organisation, and delegation.
  • Establish and maintain payroll systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage complex calculations and enquiries, providing specialist information and advice as required.
  • Oversee pensions administration and queries related to multiple providers (NHS, Nest, Scottish Widows).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in payroll management. A hybrid working model offers flexibility, while on-site presence during training is required.

Benefits

This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £42,939 - £50,697, commensurate with experience. The company provides a supportive environment, allowing employees to grow and develop within their roles.
