Payroll Operations Co-ordinator

We are currently seeking a Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in Swanley.
As a Payroll Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth payroll operations and delivering exceptional service to our client's employees. This is a full-time permanent position, offering an annual salary of £30,000.
What will you be doing as a Payroll Operations Coordinator?
Managing payroll processes, including processing time-sheets, calculating deductions, and issuing payments accurately and on time
Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner, providing effective support to employees and other relevant stakeholders
Assisting with the production of reports and analysis to support decision-making processes
Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practises to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Address incoming calls and inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant parties as necessaryWhat are we looking for in a Payroll Operations Coordinator?
Previous experience in a similar payroll role, preferably within a fast-paced and complex environment
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and taxation
Proficiency in payroll software and other relevant systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of data integrity
