Hourly Rate: £11.55/hour PAYE
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing confidential mail and documents for scanning, including sorting, opening, and organizing items.
The role involves:
- Recording information relating to specified mail items using various recording systems
- Identifying suspected fraudulent items using technology provided and processing according to requirements
- Producing banking documentation as per each unique business unit
- Identifying items for repatriation as per each unique set of business unit rules
- Preparing and securely dispatching manifests and originals as per each unique business unit requirements
- Reconciling banking and manifest documentation
- Achieving required quality and productivity for all tasks
- Recording all production statistics as required
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- A valid and active basic DBS
- A flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team in a multi-skilled mail processing centre environment
- Able to focus within a busy production environment and pay good attention to detail
- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access)
