We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Blyth Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and welfare of our students, including those with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and learning support to students under the direction of a class teacher or Inclusion Manager.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, and contribute to the development of engaging and inclusive learning activities.
  • Support students with special needs, including those with physical, sensory, or learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
