About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and participate in activities that promote independence, socialization, and personal growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A full UK driving license, with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Confidence in the use of computers and willingness to learn new skills.
