The ideal candidate would be someone with a positive outlook, superior communication skills, and the adaptability to manage diverse responsibilities, whether working remotely or on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and organise the principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, restaurant bookings, and events.
  2. Arrange all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and crafting detailed itineraries.
  3. Manage and develop the principal's social media accounts.
  4. Translate documents between English and Russian as needed.
  5. Oversee financial responsibilities, such as managing bills, payroll, tracking budgets.
  6. Develop and manage documents and reports for both personal and business purposes.
  7. Support with household management, recruitment and coordination of staff, contractors, and overseeing maintenance.
  8. Assist with property-related tasks.
  9. Assist with childcare arrangements and other related tasks.
  10. Handle personal shopping requests, from daily essentials to specific purchases.
  11. Organise events and gatherings.
  12. Provide support and assistance during meetings or events, as necessary.
  13. Tackle ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the principal's goals.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all communications and correspondence.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Extensive proven relevant experience as a Personal Assistant.
  2. Good degree level education from a recognised institution.
  3. Have a right to work in the UK without restrictions.
  4. Speak and write both fluent Russian and fluent English.
  5. Have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents.
  6. Have exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
  7. Possess outstanding prioritisation skills and the capability to proactively anticipate needs.
  8. Have an action-oriented and proactive approach to responsibilities.
  9. Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and strive for perfection in all job-related tasks.
  10. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
  11. Have positive references from previous employers.
