Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Ring of Security Limited (UK). As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our Access Control products in multi-family buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of external install partners to ensure smooth and efficient installation of our products.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve install success and time to install.
- Scout for new install partners and onboard them to increase coverage, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Provide expert resource support for end-user workflows and on-site investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team, and we are a uniquely cross-functional team within Amazon. We serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
