Male Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the Positive Behaviour Specialist to develop and implement PBS plans.
- Assist individuals in managing their personal affairs, including appointments and daily tasks.
- Support individuals in achieving their short- and long-term goals, including planning and attending activities.
- Ensure the dignity and respect of individuals and their families are maintained at all times.
- QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with a willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
