**Job Title:** Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Administrator. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clients and ensuring that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with our procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our company software.
  • Produce concise business correspondence and proofread for grammar, spelling, and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Confidently communicate with third parties and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year's experience working in a financial planning firm or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
