Job DescriptionThis integral and varied role requires providing high-quality administrative support to the team. As the point of contact for client queries, you will liaise with product providers and cover all aspects within general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided.
- Production of concise business correspondence and proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Confidence with IT and office software packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Client correspondence, written and verbal.
You will already be experienced working in a Financial Planning firm. A motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential, along with the ability to hold conversations with third parties representing the company in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in producing business correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in IT and office software packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
