We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at CV-Library in East Grinstead, West Sussex. As a family-run business continues to grow and expand its operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in cloud accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing annual accounts from complete and incomplete records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversight, completion, and submission of monthly CIS returns, maintaining up-to-date records and managing client queries related to VAT, CIS, Accounts work, and resolving issues with the internal team and HMRC.
  • Maintenance of records and management information, including financial systems such as Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, and SAGE.
Requirements
  • AAT qualified with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and good understanding of VAT law.
  • Experience with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and Iris.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 22 days holiday, on-site parking, and a company pension.
