**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, supporting them with daily living tasks and ensuring their well-being.
  • Support the training and development of junior staff members, promoting a person-centred approach to care.
  • Respond to resident needs, answering the door and telephone, and passing on messages promptly.
  • Report on resident well-being, liaising with GPs and support managers as needed.
  • Carry out regular checks on residents, ensuring their care requirements are met.
  • Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to residents, arranging rotas to meet their needs.
  • Complete records to a satisfactory standard, ensuring timely completion of changeover and keyworker documentation.
