Job Summary:

An exceptional Administrative Support Coordinator is required to join VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) in London as a highly skilled Personal Assistant. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director and team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements for the team.
  • Manage and maintain busy diaries, prioritizing tasks and minimizing disruptions.
  • Support project management, including preparation of files and materials for business meetings.
  • Assist with creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Process expenses efficiently using Concur.
  • Coordinate events and conferences, ensuring flawless execution.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a PA, preferably in boutique financial services.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Professional communication skills, with a personable approach.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Concur experience advantageous.
