Administrative Support Coordinator
Company Overview:We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our office manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:- Update databases and client files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform photocopying and scanning of documents as required.
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth logistics.
- Assist the accounts team with invoicing and financial tasks.
- Prepare meeting rooms and set up equipment and furniture for events.
- Sort and manage post and other correspondence.
- A minimum of six months' experience working in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or facilities role.
The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, approximately 37 hours per week.
