About the Role

We are looking for a talented Regional Operations Manager with experience in sales coaching and mentoring to join our team. As an Area Sales and Operations Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring franchise owners to achieve success and drive growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales coaching and mentoring to ensure franchise owners reach their full potential
  • Monitoring profit and loss to optimize business performance
  • Frequent travel to visit franchises and provide hands-on support

We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, plus 10% bonus and company benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global provider that offers exciting opportunities for progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in franchise operations. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire others to achieve great results.
