We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. You will make decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, develop business contacts with local constituencies, and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will oversee the instructions to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff.

This is an exciting and unique role within the property sector. We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of Estate Agency experience who want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment. As a Partner, you will have the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in your local area. You will provide an end-to-end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They will grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand, and offering their customers an experience they can rave about.

This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, allowing you to manage your own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them.
