Main Purpose of the Role:

The Spicerhaart Group is the UK's leading independent estate agency business. We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals. As an Area Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and further referrals and the estate agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

You will value and convert market appraisal opportunities, with the help of a healthy marketing budget, and convert these properties to instructions. The instructions will then be overseen by you to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to deal with the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 4 years of estate agency experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to build local relationships, generate business, market your personal brand, and offer customers an experience they can rave about.
