Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Band 6 Liaison and Diversion Practitioner to join their ongoing contract role within the Liaison and Diversion Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a dynamic team to provide mental health support services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Assess and address client needs, providing tailored support and interventions
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care coordination

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse, ideally within a liaison and diversion setting
  • NMC Registration essential
  • Prior experience with police vetting processes required

Working Arrangements:

  • On-site, full-time or part-time position available (8am-8pm, Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm, Saturday-Sunday)
  • Competitive hourly rate: £26-£41 per hour (assignment rate)
  • Saturday and Sunday rates apply at £34 and £41 per hour, respectively
