As a leading children's organisation, UNICEF UK is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy and Advocacy Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling policy analysis and setting the strategic direction for advocacy on international development policy and development finance. This will involve collaborating with colleagues across the Advocacy department and UNICEF UK to deliver impactful advocacy targeted towards the UK Government.

We are looking for an individual with excellent knowledge of international development policy and finance, research and communication skills, as well as experience developing and implementing successful advocacy and policy strategies.

We anticipate most colleagues will work one or two days a week in the office on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London and the rest of the time from home. We will happily discuss other flexible options to suit your circumstances.
