Job Title: CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:45pm, Friday: 7:45am - 12:45pm

Pay Rate: £28,000 - £34,000

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Setter and Operator to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating milling machines, with the opportunity to work on the CNC section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating milling machines to produce high-quality components
  • Monitoring part quality throughout production runs
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping on the section
  • Measurement of machined parts and adjustment of offsets to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Experience in milling machine setting and operation
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and dimensional tolerances
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Considered approach to accuracy and quality
