About the Role

In this role as an API Product Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our APIs.

You will closely collaborate with internal teams to prepare the product for launch and ongoing support of APIs.

Critical responsibilities include managing pilot activities, providing crucial assistance throughout the development process, from testing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with team members to ensure product launch readiness
  2. Plan and run working groups with customers to support them through their journey of development, to pilot and to live
  3. Manage pilot activities and provide support to existing and prospective customers
  4. Create and maintain customer feedback loops to build a product roadmap for the future
  5. Collaborate with relevant team members to develop customer documentation
  6. Collaborate with internal risk partners to ensure the products are within Swift's risk appetite

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in product management, preferably in FinTech
  2. Strong technical skills and understanding of API technologies
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving ability
  5. Experience in developing customer-facing sales and marketing materials and technical documentation
  6. Experienced in technology and can roll-up their sleeves as needed
  7. Knowledge of ISO20022 message standards and financial domain is a plus
