About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager API to drive the development and growth of our customer and supplier automation via the Intelligent Internet Platform.

You will be responsible for defining and advocating the strategic automation vision, owning the roadmap on features available on the API platform, and driving the API development life cycle from research and design through to implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and advocate the strategic automation vision
  • Own the roadmap on features available on the API platform
  • Drive the API development life cycle from research and design through to implementation
  • Build and own relationships with strategic partners, analysts, and suppliers
  • Engage with Expereo commercial teams, customers, and suppliers to gather API requirements and coordinate implementation
  • Represent Expereo and drive thought leadership towards the partner and analyst markets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and managing product requirements for API services
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e., Microservices, Architecture, AWS, NoSQL)
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, and provide consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
