About the Opportunity:

We are offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Engineering Project Leader to join our team at Lucking & Clark LLP in London. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in structural design and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques

Benefits:

  • Salary range £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
