Senior Occupational Therapist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Multidisciplinary Team in Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to adults in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the appropriate service for clients referred.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain clients' level of function and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team to plan a safe discharge from the service, including completing access and discharge visits.
- Act as a Key Worker as required, providing support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Participate actively in the services training strategy, including in-service training, organization-specific and multi-agency training.
Requirements
- BSc/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Relevant postgraduate education and training (desirable)
