Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects and leading a team of cost management professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the commission management process, ensuring end-to-end service delivery for large or complex commissions.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost and commercial management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- MRICS qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
- Post-contract administration expertise.
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Experience working on major programs and projects in the infrastructure sector (rail, air, power, highways).
