Senior Counselling Psychologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our Psychology in Hostels (PIH) Service as a Senior Lead. This innovative service has been at the forefront of delivering 'Psychologically Informed Environments' (PIEs) and 'Trauma-Informed Approaches' for over 12 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with stakeholders across Westminster Local Authority, NHS physical and mental health services, and third sector organizations.
The PIH Service supports individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage, including complex trauma, interpersonal difficulties, substance misuse issues, neuropsychological challenges, physical health needs, anti-social behavior, and risk-taking behaviors. Your role will involve developing care pathways and planning services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including leads/managers of PIH and MDT homeless partners, to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care pathways and plan services that meet the needs of service users.
- Provide specialist training and clinical supervision to support the growth and development of our team.
The salary for this position ranges from £61,927 to £68,676 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.
