We are seeking a skilled Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. The successful candidate will join a clinical team facilitating MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

As part of our clinical team, you will be embedded into the structure of the provision, enabling positive and effective multi-disciplinary working across education services to maximise clinical outcomes for our pupils.

The ideal candidate will work within the overall framework of our service policies and procedures, as well as existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures, to support the services in future development and ensure quality assurance.

We strive for excellence when it comes to looking after our pupils, and we are looking for a Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist who shares our vision of providing high-quality education and special needs education.

The role involves collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development, and project work, making skills in data management essential.
