Job Title: Research and Knowledge Exchange Manager

About the Role:

The Research and Knowledge Exchange Manager will lead research, research consultancy, and KE support across the research project lifecycle. This includes making key decisions on grant resourcing and finances, contract drafting, review, and negotiation, and analysing and reporting to the University Executive on research and KE activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research, research consultancy, and KE support across the research project lifecycle
  • Make key decisions on grant resourcing and finances
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
  • Analyse and report on research and KE activities

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of the UK higher education research funding system
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a research environment
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the knowledge exchange and impact environment
  • Strong project management, operational, and organizational skills
