About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at Assembly Global. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search campaigns for clients, working closely with your team to execute AI-powered search practices and implement them on your assembly of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of paid search campaigns for clients, working closely with your team to execute AI-powered search practices and implement them on your assembly of clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including campaign performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in paid search management, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
