We are seeking a highly experienced Theatre Specialist to join our team at First Clinical Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with over 20 years of experience in NHS Acute Trusts and Private Healthcare organisations.

As a Theatre Specialist, you will have the opportunity to expertly consult within Theatres at a number of Trusts, providing expert knowledge to support improvements in theatre productivity. You will successfully support teams to make changes in the way they work to improve theatre utilisation, efficiently project managing the closure and refurbishment of operating theatres and seamlessly leading project teams in the opening of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert guidance and support to theatre teams to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • To lead projects aimed at improving theatre utilisation and capacity
  • To develop and implement effective policies and procedures to meet national standards

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
