Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Family Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. As a key member of our Children with Special Needs Team, you will work closely with families, providing support and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of caring for children with special needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, preferably with experience working with children and families. A DipSW or equivalent qualification, registration with the HCPC, and a current CRB are essential requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Providing holistic assessments to identify family needs and strengths
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans to promote positive outcomes for children and families
- Collaborating with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
