About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with health, education, and social care professionals to deliver a high-quality family support service. Your primary focus will be on providing needs-led support to families, empowering them to cope with the challenges they face.

As a Family Support and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of families, developing personalized support plans, and coordinating interventions to meet their specific requirements. Your expertise in child protection, information sharing, and data protection will ensure that you lead by example, drawing on your own professional experience and working within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing the needs of families and developing personalized support plans
  • Providing emotional, social, and practical support to families
  • Coordinating interventions with health, education, and social care professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a company car for front-line care posts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme with 5% employer contribution, and access to the Blue Light Card Scheme.
