Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Information Management & Technology (IM&T) department as a Business Support Administrator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our IM&T operations, contributing to the overall success of our organization in delivering high-quality care services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the IM&T senior management team, including attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of meeting materials.
  • Coordinate IM&T meeting administration, including agendas, room bookings, and refreshments.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure seamless coordination of events, such as training sessions and conferences.
  • Update IM&T intranet pages and maintain accurate records of IM&T requisitions and waivers.
  • Organize training and travel for the IM&T senior management team and ensure timely submission of monthly IM&T payroll activities.
  • Record incidents via the Trust Incident reporting system and maintain high standards of data quality.
