About the RoleAs an Assistant Boutique Manager at Jo Malone London, you will be responsible for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our highly skilled Senior Sales Advisors to ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience. Your approachable and friendly demeanor will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience.
- Work closely with Senior Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of in-store events and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance.

Requirements- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving and/or leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- An approachable, friendly, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
