Senior Legal Assistant - Residential Property

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Conveyancing team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our lawyers and clients in the preparation and completion of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Conduct thorough searches and investigations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
