Senior Legal Assistant - Residential Property

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Conveyancing team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional support to our Conveyancing team, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
