Job Title: Site Manager

A Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of commercial refurbishment projects up to £2m in value. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Role

  1. Develop and manage site delivery plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and statutory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely release of design information.
  4. Manage site logistics and set up, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  5. Work closely with the QS to control costs and the supply chain.
  6. Ensure all aspects of the project are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements.
  7. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety.
