Job Title: Vice President Governance Compliance SVP GAC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Governance Compliance SVP GAC to join our team at Employment Process Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance and compliance programs that align with legal standards and regulatory requirements. This will involve working closely with the executive team and Board to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement governance policies and practices
  • Ensure the governance framework aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Manage Board and Sub-Committee meeting schedules, agendas, and supporting documentation
  • Design and implement programs adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Monitor and report compliance activities, identifying and addressing potential risks
  • Conduct audits and assessments, and develop and deliver training and education
  • Manage investigations and audit responses
  • Develop and maintain a risk framework, integrating risk practices into operations
  • Code of conduct and ethics policies development and implementation
  • Promote a culture of ethics and integrity
  • Manage the whistleblower program, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately
  • Lead and mentor the governance and compliance team, fostering professional development and growth
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) or equivalent skills and knowledge, including:

  • Corporate governance principles, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing governance and compliance programs
