HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Carousel Logistics. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and delivering business outcomes.


About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our UK Operations Teams, providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will build relationships with managers, develop trust and credibility, and integrate the HRBP model.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on employment-related matters.
  • Support with mergers and acquisitions, ensuring policies and procedures are fit for purpose and compliant with current UK legislation.
  • Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
  • Use data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans.
  • Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support the annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
  • Support training plans, coordinate external training, and monitor delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and HR best practice.
