The Exciting Role
A new opportunity has become available for a Trainer Assessor in Business Administration and Customer Service within our Apprenticeship Provision. You will work with a range of employers and apprentices to support their knowledge, skills, and behaviour development to achieve high grades at End Point Assessment.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality to support our apprentices to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at our location but may be required to travel across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver all elements of the assessed standards, including training, mentoring, learner reviews, timely feedback, and assessment.
- Deal with apprenticeship recruitment and enrolments.
- Be involved in apprentice, College, and company inductions.
- Take a hands-on approach with apprentices, coaching and demonstrating best practice in line with the new Standards.
- Conduct initial assessment of apprenticeship needs.
- Carry out monthly active learning and 12-weekly progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
Requirements:
- 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- A1 qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Teaching Qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Current industrial experience or up-to-date industry CPD.
- Experience of delivery and assessment of qualifications in this area.
- IQA qualification or willingness to work towards.
