About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Sheltered Scheme Cleaner at The Lawns in central Kettering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming where necessary, as well as cleaning internal window panes and external drying and cleaning bin store areas.

You will work closely with the Scheme Manager to ensure high standards are met and that the duties are carried out efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in cleaning, ideally within non-domestic premises or sheltered housing schemes.

You should also have a good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
