Job Title: Central Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Operations Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our Central Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services across the Acorn and Options divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of information and requests between central services and operational sites, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key site and central service leaders and managers to ensure receipt of inbound information/data and respond to queries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist operational sites with specific support projects, including systems and processes, as directed by the Head of Central Operations.
  • Contribute to the team strategy and ongoing performance by attending regular team meetings and 1-1 development meetings.
Requirements:
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all tasks are dealt with in line with agreed central service/operational/team KPIs/SLAs.
  • Strong written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ownership and initiative, taking full ownership of your allocated division and using initiative to find effective solutions where required.
  • Performance reporting, ensuring all reporting on performance is delivered to your line manager per deadlines/KPIs.
  • Continuous improvement, providing regular feedback on the effectiveness/ issues of service delivery and potential areas of improvement.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £29,000, a fixed-term contract of 12 months, and a hybrid working arrangement with two days in the office, two days working from home, and one 4-day working week wellbeing day.
