About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Residential Programme Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and leading a range of activities and events for students attending our summer courses.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our programme, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead a range of activities and events for students
  • Coordinate logistics and supervise staff
  • Ensure the overall success of our programme
  • Work collaboratively as part of a residential team

What You'll Need:

  • Experience of working in an educational setting or with young people
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, plus benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
